We work with trusted fulfilment partners to get every order to you as efficiently and reliably as possible.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your delivery information. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we may be unable to change the address.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Kindl & Co provides a voluntary 30-day return period on eligible products, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where applicable law gives you additional cancellation, return or refund rights, those rights will continue to apply.
Although Kindl & Co may provide free standard delivery when you purchase from us, return shipping is not automatically free.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
9. Sale & Final Sale Items
Products clearly marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange under Kindl & Co's voluntary return policy.
A product that is simply discounted, reduced in price or purchased using a promotional or discount code is not automatically a Final Sale product unless it is clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.
Final Sale restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in our Final Sale policy excludes or restricts mandatory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

10. Exchanges
Kindl & Co does not generally offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, size, colour or variant, please contact us at kindlandco@outlook.com.
Where appropriate, you may be asked to return the original eligible product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for the product you would like.
This does not affect any mandatory right you may have to a replacement or other remedy where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
11. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If a product arrives:

12. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, Kindl & Co may offer you the option of keeping a product and accepting an agreed partial refund rather than returning the product.
Any such offer is optional.
You are not required to accept a partial refund.
Where you have a mandatory legal right to another remedy, offering a partial refund does not remove or replace that right.

Do not return products to the address displayed on the original parcel or directly to a supplier or fulfilment provider unless Kindl & Co specifically instructs you to do so.
Different postal or courier services may require different return-address information.

Returns sent without following the provided instructions may experience delays in processing.
